FAQs

Q:  Why can't I order just one screen printed shirt?

A: Whether we're printing one or 1,000, the same amount of work goes into preparing the design, the creation of the screens, setting up the press, and finally the production of the print on the shirt.

Q:  What is the minimum size order?

A: We know not everyone always needs a lot of shirts that they'll never use, so we keep our minimum order low at ten pieces.

Q:  I need shirts.  How much are they?

A: Screen printing pricing is based primarily on two factors: quantity and the number of colors printed.  The more shirts ordered, the better the price.

The less colors in the design, the better the price.

Q:  Can you put my photo on a shirt for me?

A: When dealing with photos, traditional screen printing is typically not the most economic option to produce your shirts.  We recommend using a different process known as Direct to Garment (DTG) Printing.

At this time, we do not offer that service.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: The industry standard is anywhere from two to six weeks, but we pride ourselves on our service and try to produce all orders within one to two weeks.

If you're in a rush, please ask and we'll do our best to help you.

Q: Why can't I see what it looks like before ordering?

A:  Our policy regarding artwork proofs is that your order needs to be placed prior to sending a design to you for approval.  The artwork fees are normally included in the price, and we won't begin working on it until you have actually placed an order.
